It really is a shame the rules do not suggest any sort of time limit. The Relthoza Battleship would have mopped up the field quite handily, suffering hardly any damage, albeit through several turns post turn six.

The Alliance (Relthoza/Directorate) fleet went for a long game tactical plan in a game that has no rules to end it. The game was simply ended before the Alliance had a chance to finish implementing their plan.

I honestly didn't think Matt would win this after he lost his battleship. That was a lot closer than the points tell. One or two rolls the other way and it would have been totally different.

I Beleive that this game would make a great space battle videogame, you could control fleets and do turn based battles and have assaults being like a first person thing where you lead the attack. Anywho great BatRep

Chaos Vs Dark Eldar: Charge Kabalite Warriors with Berserkers, shoot Wyches with Marines. Plague Marines aren't too great since the poisoned shooting negates their high toughness. Though they still get FNP, so eh.

I must say this batreps could really bring me into firestorm armada. It looks like very much fun.
And the two batreps showed that the system really is balanced and you can have fun with any fraction.
I think I have to check this out myself.

It would be great if you could do a video series about smaller systems. Especially the ceaper ones would be very interesting for people that want to have an alternativ to the big systems like 40k or Warmachine.

Great job with the batreps!
