Ok.., so what we have here is roughly 190 termagaunts to be fielded, 5, 6 wounded shields (Who are pretty descent in close combat

). A doom of malan`tai in a spore pod (You just HAVE TO bring him with tyranids) and 4 zoanthropes to pretty easily take care of AV. So, you have a counter for everything, the doom will go around just being awesome... sucking brainz out, there will be heaps of toxin sac termagaunts, whose poison will make them not too shabby in close combat, especially with their numbers and which will pour on the firepower, and 5 big tervigons stomping around, although not made for close combat, can easily tie up a space marine squad in close combat after it has finished spawning, and eventually should kill them, not to mension if they get into close combat with a vehicle, the will be able to do quite a bit of damage, especially with the new 6th ed rule SMASH. And to top it off, have bionancy on the Tervigons, which could possibly give them strength 8, toughness 9 and 6 wounds with iron arm, or 7 attacks on the charge with warp speed! Enfeeble is also handy, you could reduce a space marine squad from str 4 toughness 4 to 3! making them quite easy cheese for a pack of 30 termagaunts to assault. This army, is probably going to be hard to reach, needing about 200 models, maybe 250 to make sure you dont run out of termagaunts, but just a fun army to play with!
