the chaos space marines are a highly flexible race that can go against nearly any foe , unless it is the vastly over powered grey knights. but with their obvious similarities to their emperor loving counterpart, such a force should be fearless should it not? while their brothers have the rule 'and they shall know no fear' the chaos space marines have nothing as if all their training from when they were slaves to the emperor is waisted! yes chaos space marines have a 3+ save but they have no special rules, they have barely any good fast attacks choices as their raptors are well rubbish compared to their brothers. so chaos has creatures such as daemons and oblitarators, but yet again chaos cannot have an upper hand on the imperial swine because the imperium has the mighty grey knights to make daemons pointless and races such as blood angels makes chaos look rubbish by their close combat superiority. although chaos have the mighty abaddon and other close combat killers , the imperium seems to always be able to best them at everything. the imperium has dreadnoughts which as brilliant while chaos have rubbish dreadnoughts, what is that all about? even though we have khorne berserker's they have units of death company and far greater choices of troops. and then we go to the terminators, although the chaos terminators have both ranged and close combat weapons the imperium terminators get equipment like storm shields for a stupid 3+ invulnerable save. I would not mind but to get a save like that you have to buy a greater daemon of tzeench! and daemons may get summoned but cannot charge! so the enemy can charge and kill them out right because of their terrible saves. it is like games workshop favours the imperium of chaos is to many ways, and chaos only has 1 codex while the imperium have about 6-8 and each new version make the chaos marines more and more worth while. they need to be more powerful and they need to make a good use for possessed as that unit is an insult to any chaos space marines player!!
