Rhino / Predator chassis done

I finished painting my Rhino/Predator chassis. The doors and hatches are removable and they are magnetized on the inside to fit the sponsons. Still have to varnish them , but I figured I should take a picture of them before

Enjoy

I went a bit overboard with the mud on them.. tried to layer it as I did with my drop pod, but that was suitable since it was starting from a dark background. Oh well.. it seems making models dirty is like going black.. you can never go back
Xipetotek (Over a year ago):

Cool mud affect you should make a video about painting and make minis dirty. hil fra danmark
sharkvictim (Over a year ago):
looks pretty neat. if you manage to get the entirety of your army muddied up like that it'll be amazing, otherwise the tanks will look odd.
Paddel (Over a year ago):
I don't like it that dirty
Tuomir (Over a year ago):
Oh, i misread the article-word. Well anyways, Forge World has powders that help getting dust- and other effects.
Thrashmaster121 (Over a year ago):
Amazing How did you get such good definition on the white even with the dirt layers?
Petoy (Over a year ago):

Nice! That mud effect is just too beatiful, I just want to jump in it and splash it and bathe in it! (okay, now it is getting creepy...)

Scars (Over a year ago):
interesting, i like the color scheme and standards on the hatches
Vaipa (Over a year ago):
The varnish seals the paint so it doesn't chip accidentally.
Meowmanersman (Over a year ago):
Good, but the mud makes it look sloppy
WarPetrie (Over a year ago):
what does the varnish do?
