Using a Razor Saw, a pair of Clippers, and an Xacto blade, I removed the tail, as well as both weapons. I then created a small pouch out of Green Stuff to cover where the tail joined the body (you can see this on the back of his belt). Green Stuff was also used to add the hair-like scales to his head, and the leather strap holding the smaller sword in place on his shoulder.

Tiny holes were drilled through both hands to allow for interchangeable weapons / implements. The sword itself is two separate pieces - a pinning hole was drilled into both the blade and the hilt, and then a long pin was glued into the hilt.

The figure is painted to a professional standard, with multiple levels of detailing and washes.
