nice for your first model, but as other people have said, water down your paints. i use a 2:1 paint/water mix, it allows it to go on more smoothly, instead of clumping up and looking less real. so for every 2 parts paint, use one part water. it'll improve your painting once you get used to it. it also allows the washes to go on better since the watered down paints wont clog up the crevices in the model

the eyes could use some work. But good job if you are new.

i happen too like the scratches on the armour
stephen1821 (Over a year ago):
you should have made the armor have no metal scraches on it and ink the armor then it would look pro dude.

cuz i didnt have the primer then
15bwebb (Over a year ago):
but...... i dont water down my paints what will that do

15bwebb (Over a year ago):
choco there is a wash on his gold. i used gryphonne sepia on his gold. and for the blue i used asureman blue. I dont like my gold too look too shiney cuz he is a vetren and been in war a long time.
volker55 (Over a year ago):
You should take Choco's advice on this, and if I may, the Gryphonne Sephia would be better if you want the gold to retain more of its "gold"-ness. Using a brown would dull that quality.
trevinc (Over a year ago):
If you are new, I recomened, watching Jawaballs on youtube! You will learn the basics and you will get some really good tips from him!
PAMPLEMOUSE (Over a year ago):
looks good especialy if your new
Choco (Over a year ago):
Looks great if you're new.
Do you water down your paints though? If not then that's a problem.
Also to get better looking minis you'll need to add depth to them. A wash is a simple way to do this, for the blue I reccomend asureman blue, and for the gold either gryphonne sephia or delvan mud.
