However, its best to pick up the misses first, have your opponent verify the hits, THEN pick up the hits to roll them...

Disregard my last comment, I just found where my logic went wrong. You have to use the packs in either the movement or assault phase.

Even though they said they checked it, I just read the rulebook and it says that jump infantry reroll charge distance if they DO use their packs. They also only get Hammer of Wrath if they use their jump packs.

I may be misinterpreting it but i think they did that wrong

Hey guys, great vid once again!

I have a question: at the end of this vid (and others) there is a link to the game in which you played Lootas vs Death Company (which probably is one of the most hilarious you have ever done ) and I can't for the life of me find the direct link to it anywhere. If I click on it via this vid, I don't get to the other vid's comment page... Is this a bug? Or is it vault only and got linked in by mistake? Or have you just not posted the direct link to it yet?
Be that as it may, you guys are the BEST! God, I wish I was on your side of the Big Pond... I'd dearly love to drop by MWG one day...

Why would you ever move 6, re-roll 2d6, when you could just move 12, and still get a one-roll 2d6. it's unlikely to get a result that is >6 inches higher with a re-roll (2.7% chance)

ok, so I registered to just complain... sorry. You did several things wrong... list from what I can remember (I stopped after 3 minutes into video 3).

How were the shoota boys in range of firing? They should have been 12" up, 6" move, 18" shooting = 36", your marines should have been 12" up, they should have been JUST out of range.

If, and WHENEVER you decided to enter difficult terrain, you roll immediately, not just 'when' you enter. This is not the case for vehicles, as they will take their test as soon as it is hit.

Why did you only move 6" with your jump troops? You failed to shoot ~5 pistols, and didn't get any in range of your hammer of wrath. Just wondering what the logic was behind this step.

You also didn't roll for thirst.

Combat, you measure 2" from the MODEL in combat, not the 'front' of the model. You had a lot of boys not swinging that could indeed swing.

Also, double check the rules on assaulting jump versus fleet. I know fleet specifically says one or both dice, does jump say one or both? or just 'dice' ?

Dan, a Nob is labeled as a "CH" in the new rule book meaning you can still keep him in front and when a wound is allocated to him you can roll 4+ and it will allocate the wound to a boy in the mob. just a thought. and because he has 2 wounds I don't think it's a big risk if he'll be in combat after 1 shooting turn.
