40k 6th Contradiction - Vehicle cover rules discussion


My local gamers and I agree about what the house ruling should be, but I wonder what GW actually intended.
I have seen the new FAQ and it makes no mention of this contradiction. Maybe I'm looking for cheese where it does not exist, but I want YOUR opinion. Comments below!
