2500pt Ork Kan Wall - Dual FOC - 6th Edition
This is what I put together during my recent big game in September vs a heavy hitting Blood Angels list.
I took my old kan wall list I used in 5th edition and applied the new FOC rules from the new 6th edition core book that you can use when you pass the 2000pt mark, giving it some extra fire power and the theme of an all Mek krew leading the charge!
HQ 1) Mek Boss “Buzz Gob” (100pts) (Yes its the Forge World Piece!)
w/ Mek Arms, Big Choppa, Slugga, Eavy Armor, Bosspole & Grot Oilers x2 (Nitnuckle & Lunk)
HQ 2) Big Mek “Skabrot” (124pts)
w/ Shokk Attack Gun, Mek tools, Eavy Armor, Cybork Body, Bosspole & Ammo Runt x3
HQ 3 & 4) Big Meks: Frak’ead & Urty-fang (105pts each / 210pts)
Each w/ Kustom Force Field , Mek Tools, Eavy Armor, Cybork Body & Bosspole
Elite 1 & 2) Loota Boyz x10 (150pts each / 300pts)
Troop 1) Deff Dread (120pts)
w/ +2 Dreadnought Close Combat Weapons, Grot Riggers, Armor Plates
Troop 2,3,4,& 5) Da Boyz (191pts each / 764pts)
Nob w/ PK, BP, Eavy Armor, Slugga / 19 Boyz - 17 w/ Shootas, 2 w/ Rokkit Launchas
Troop 6) Gretchin Mob (72pts)
Runtherd x1 w/ Grot Prod, Squig Hound & Slugga / Gretchin x19 w/ Grot-Blastas
Fast 1) Dakka Jet (130pts)
w/ +1 Twin-Linked Supa-Shoota, Fighta Ace
Heavy 1) Killa Kan Squad (135pts)
3 Kanz all with Grotzookas & a Dreadnought Close Combat Weapon
Heavy 2 & 3) Killa Kan Squad (150pts each / 300pts)
3 Kanz all with Rokkit Launchas & a Dreadnought Close Combat Weapon
Heavy 4 & 5) Looted Wagon (120pts each / 240pts)
w/ BoomGun, Ard Case & Big Shoota
Total Models: 137
Units/Kill Points: 18
Points Used: 2495
Granted this is but one of many ways a list like this can be built (& 4 HQ's may be a bit much) but this worked well for me & I found that the kan wall can still be a sound tactic for the orks!
