Every model that dies has a high cost in this list, and someone will die.
It's better that you choose what's going to die than your opponent.
I would exchange 1 jumppack-priest and 1 10-man assaultsquad (300p) for 2 5-man assaultsquads with a flamer in each and a priest on foot in 2 razorbacks with heavy flamers or heavy bolters. (also 300p)

Send them first and just keep them close to eachother so the priest can affect both groups. They will draw fire, they will die slowly and they will provide cover for the jumping guys so they can arrive to CC at full strenght.

I already have 3 Sang priest for 4 squads. You would recommand cutting in half a squad to add another priest to it?

Yes, I do have the codex.

Wings are pretty sweet for the Libby dread, but casting wings during your movement phase will prevent you from using sword, with is the only spell in this list to kill heavy unit in CC
