How I started playing warHammer
I started playing WarHammer when i enterd a shop called GreatWhite hobby store. They had 3 gaming tables,1 for fantasy,1 for 40k and 1 for display.After watching a game i wanted to try and bought some SpaceMarines. Turns out should have bought the Asault on Black Reach kit but whatever. I made the SpaceMarine not knowing how to even play so i went back to learn some basic rules. I didn't get any of it and that was why I should have got the Asault on Black Reach kit. I came back a few times here and there to learn a little bit of rules at a time then I bought some orks (WAAAGGH) to play a little battle turns out I had no clue what i was doing.I re painted my Spacemarines to a Snowy disign but are blothcy because of the layers of paint.
I got a couple other kits, (AoBR, Battleforce, scouts) a travel case and my friend into the hobby(he chose nids).
I built a gaming table (4foot x 4foot)to play on and it looks great for a first.
My Custom LandSpeeder is not to scale so i wont be able to use it in game. But i am still gona finish it for desplay purposes.
