I just found an awesome resource that I wanted to share with you.
If there is one question that we get all the time, it is “Can you do a video tutorial on how to paint [INSERT YOUR FAVOURITE MINIATURE HERE]?”
Obviously we don’t have the time to make that many videos on how to paint miniatures, and to be honest, I’m not that good at it! (However, you should check out our resident painters’ stuff, they are quite good).
I’ve always wanted to find somebody who could teach the really good stuff, not just the basics, but the stuff that makes you look like a pro.
That’s when I stumbled across http://www.miniature-mentor.com.
It is basically a detailed step-by-step video tutorial series on how to paint like the pros. As soon as you visit the website you will see that the creator (a gamer by the name of Suny) knows what he’s doing.
Now, I’ll warn you, this isn’t free. However, for what he is teaching you, and for the time he has put into making these awesome video tutorials, it is really worth 10 times what he is charging.

The website is old :S. They should have updated it half a year ago. They never did :S.
Maybe after this year they finally get some new stuff ;).
I don’t believe the website is old at all - it was created at most a year ago.
Either way, the painting techniques still hold true.
hey! do soem on space marines (not ultramarine colour sceme) and necrons id like to see how u could get some good looking minitures out of those 2 races XD
