hey that’s awsome you could use different color for base contrast. ex a blueish white rod (like mikes) for a snow like base or a red rod for a lava base by base i mean like slottabasses the thing your model stands on.stella dog rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you considered trying to use something like Colored straws instead of the green plastic that comes with the miniature? Or maybe legos?

Like how about this ( not associated with company )

That way you could have the glow of the plastic rod, but in another color besides green.
