Now Hiring: Part Time Production Assistant

Matthew here from MiniWarGaming.com.  I'm looking for a part-time production assistant to work closely with Dave on making videos for our YouTube channel.

If you know MiniWarGaming, then you know that Dave is passionate about making videos.  We need someone to help synergize with him so that he can create even more content.

Compensation is $19 / hour.  Start date is ASAP.  The hours would vary, but most likely would be three days a week, 9-5.  It is quite possible that this will become a full time job.

Duties will include, but are certainly not limited to:

• Setting up and tearing down audio and video equipment
• Working closely with Dave to help organize and schedule his time for filming videos
• Working closely with Dave to decide on how to accomplish each video project in the most timely and efficient manner
• Regular tidying of filming studios, and the terrain and miniature storage areas throughout the building

Skills needed:

• The ability to organize both you and Dave in an efficient manner, thereby maximizing the number of videos that Dave creates
• The ability to be given lots of random tasks without complaining too much

Skills that would be great, but not necessary to get hired:

• Knowledge of lighting in film studios
• Knowledge of audio equipment and audio balancing in videos
• Knowledge of miniature wargaming
• Video editing

That's about it.  All the rest can be taught.  Of course if you already have skills related to anything described here, that is a bonus.
